I totally sympathise with this driver....The "uncles" simply took a photo of his car to fine him and then park their motor bikes in front of his vehicle to eat BREAKFAST!!!?????? wat is this? And they still say they doing their duty...And the driver's wife was in the car...they could have told her to move the car away...haiz...
