Rain Rain go away...

haha if the rain does not go away soon, I tink I am goin to run out of clothes to wear in hall...i have really been struggling to do my laundry...everytime i wan to do it..it rains..sigh...lets hope today's weather is fine and sunny...haha

and btw ppl...all those who ordered bah gua from me pls collect from me! haha...yesterday collected them from yulei's room and there were so much of them! first time in my life I tried carrying 80 kg of bah gua at one go...super heavy...and while we were waiting for the bah gua to arrive, i had a chance to use other ppl's msn to do some canvassing..haha basically cos there was nothing much to do...but it was really fun...cos not my msn...oops..ahhaha

P.S. : week 3 coming to and end soon..haha..this is an odd week! and I am still maintaining 100% lecture and tutorial attendance...which implies I shld be getting something..bwhahahha

Indulgent week

Haha long time nv blog already..guess I muz be busy indulging myself in sinful food this week...here are some updates:

went for a vvv nice dinner with xiling at Dan Ryan's at Tanglin on Monday...oooooo the ribs and chicken combo, fries all super nice...but i tink the best was still the brownie topped with a large scoop of haagen daz choc ice-cream! wooooooooo super sinful....thanks to kelvin for the recommendation...

haha on sat it was another feast...this time it was hawker buffet at old airport market...sambal stingray, char kway teow, wanton noodles, bbq chicken wing etc..hahahah...following that was yanzi's concert at indoor stadium....v nice! tink she improved quite alot on her live singing..guest appearance by FIR and Tanya certainly spiced up the concert..haha...

this post is full of food! ahha dunnoe y lately my mind has been full of good food!...haha i know someone is goin to comment that i am a pig le..

wonderful week...but now today I am sick...having fever + cold....hope I dun shiver under my blanket 2nite again...and this is the odd week->I have all my labs on odd weeks..sigh...hope I can get thru them without any hiccups...hee looking forward to my reward...u know what I am talking abt...lolz..

haha 945am in the morning and I am already had 1 lect and I am now camping in the lib...decided to take a break and blog a little...

I am surprised at the similarities of the human and computer communication systems...

The way the message gets send really affects the way the receiver gets the message...sometimes the receiver gets the message and understands it...but it is the way the msg has been sent that makes the receiver confused or sometimes even angry (in the case of humans..but sometimes computers show their emotions too by failing u..haha)

msgs can be sent in many ways and therefore for the sender, choose the way that can relay ur msg and yet suitable for the receiver

for the receiver, after understanding the msg, try to tink of y the sender sent the msg in this manner...perhaps it is how the sender has been configured to send messages...

confused? puzzled?

well sometimes I do post some confusing posts...haha read them well and u may find some meaning in them...

back to studying at the library...

Back to school

I feel like a freshie this week...trying to get used to Edventure, STARS, LWN, and even taking internal shuttle...haha i dun even noe how to take the internal shuttle of ntu now with their new routes..haha..some 1 asked me how was my feeling of attending my first lecture in ntu after a year abroad..my ans would be just as before..haha

i hate my wed timetable...13 hr day from 0830 to 2130...super long day...by the time i reach the evening lessons..i am basically juz stoning in the lect..finally settled my timetable this week..hmm tink i am affected by my roomie...i am studying pretty much for the first week of sch..but I seem slack in comparison to my super siao onz roomie...and I am pretty amazed how he can survive without a comp in hall...i salute him...

hall seem boring nowadays...so i stay in the library..which does not seem to be a much more happening place...but at least there is air con there...haha...once again i am a lib camper...lolz...

and i muz sae this..I am super proud to say that i attended all my lectures this week! 100% so far..hee...hope I can keep it up...esp the 0830 lessons...

anyway my latest hobby in hall is to surf for good food...haha...www.sbestfood.com is now my homepage..lolz...juz joking...that's wang mei zhi ke for u...

Welcome to 2006!

Happy new year everyone! it is the time of the year when everyone is welcoming the new year again..celebrating the year by shopping, meeting up wif frenz, having fun and of cse..eating..haha how can a festive season be without eating rite..haha..hmm lately got ppl call me pig v often..haiz..muz be the excessive eating and nuaing in bed...

2005 has been a really happening year for me..6 mths in US, 5 mths in China and more importantly the appearance of a v important person..haha..

haha logged into edventure for the first time in 1 year these few days..and everything seems so familiar again..lolz my profs seem so efficient..the notes, lab, tut are all up already..and they are already posting how the modules will b graded...need to be so efficient or not? ahha cant we wait till the first lect??

goin back to hall life 2nite..back to the days of living in boon lay..but this time wif no hall activities.. shall conc on studies this coming year...haha and my new year resolution is to attend more then 75% of lectures..haha that is quite a high percentage compared to the <30% attendance in my last semester...oops..hope my professors dun read this..haha

hope my timetable can b settled in the next few days..else i will have 2 930pm days..argh..

oh ya..looking forward to meeting my new roomie..haha hope can click wif him..
